Learning Objectives

  • Knowledge Objective: Describe current evidence-based guidelines for early detection and management of neonatal sepsis, including emerging diagnostic tools and antimicrobial stewardship strategies.

  • Competence Objective: Demonstrate improved clinical decision-making in applying family-centered care principles through interactive case scenarios and role-based simulations.

  • Performance Objective: Develop an action plan to implement standardized neonatal care protocols (e.g., resuscitation, developmental care, or infection control) within their clinical practice setting to improve patient outcomes.
